Introduction
Intellitix’s RFID Access Control uses our platform Control Panel for RFID credential activation, look-up, and troubleshooting. This guide will show you how to access Control Panel and complete some of the basic functionality needed for the credential pick-up and registration process at your upcoming event.
How to Login to Control Panel
- Account Login
Log in to the Chromebook using the following credentials:
User: Csintellitix1
Password: Intellitix2026

Open Chrome Web Application

Go to cp.intellifest.com and login using one of the following credentials
User 1: possible1@fq.com password : Possible2026!
User 2: possible2@fq.com password : Possible2026!
User 3: possible3@fq.com password : Possible2026!
User 4: possible4@fq.com password : Possible2026!

Select Project
Click on the red PROJECTS: CHOOSE ONE dropdown in the top left and choose your event from the list.

Navigate to Customer Service
Select Customer Service from the left-side menu.
How to Search Orders in Control Panel
In the Customer Service section, you can search for a guest’s order using:
- Name
- Company
- Job Title
- Wristband UID
Press Enter to search, then click on the result to bring up the order.
How to Fulfill an Order
Guests will fall into 1 of 2 categories when the arrive at the event
- Guests who have an order in Control Panel because they registered in advance
- Guests who do not have an order in Control Panel because they are registering for the first time at the registration desk
Guests who Have an Order in Control Panel - Already Registered
- Search for the guest in Customer Service and select their order.
- Review the order details to confirm wristband type and quantity.
- Scan wristband in the Issuance Form field to fulfill the order.
- A green conformation box will appear on the screen when the order is fulfilled and the issued number of wristbands will equal the number of expected wristbands.
Guests who do not Have an Order in Control Panel - Need to Register
- In Customer Service, scan a preactivated wristband into the UID search box to create a new order.
- Under Transaction Information enter:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Job Title
How to Issue a Replacement Wristband
If a guest lost or damaged their wristband, it can be replaced using the following process.
- In Customer Service, search for the guest and open their order.
- Click on the UID under Issued Credential.
- Click on the green Replace button.
- Enter in replacement reason manually or from drop down options.
- Scan the new wristband unto the UID field.
- Click on the Replace button to confirm replacement
