In this article we will review:
Create an Account in Intellitix Cloud
1. Go to Intellitix Cloud at my.crowdblink.com
2. You can create a new account in two ways:

Click Create Account in the upper right corner

If you are using a Gmail account to create your account, you can choose to log in with Google by clicking the Google button at the bottom.

If you are creating this account because someone from your organization has invited you to Intellitix, then you will need to use the same email address with which they invited you.
Create an Account
1. Click Create Account in the upper right corner and enter your name, email address, the password you would like to use, and accept the terms then click Continue.
2. You will receive an email to verify your email address.
3. Click the link in that email to verify, this will bring you back to the Console where you can click Return to log in to access your new account.
4. Enter your email and password to log in.

5. Since you are creating this account to accept an invitation from your organization, you will need to click Accept on the right side of the page to be added to your organization.
Use a Gmail Account
1. Click the login with Google link
2. A Google login page will open up, asking you to choose which Gmail account to use to sign into Console.
3. You will be directed back to the Intellitix login page after selecting your gmail account.
4. After a moment your screen will update to being logged in to your new account.
5. Since you are creating this account to accept an invitation from your organization, you will need to click Accept on the right side of the page to be added to your organization.
How can I access my Intellitix Cloud?
To access your Intellitix Cloud, please visit my.crowdblink.com and log in with your username and password. You can also log in with your Google account.
If you have not yet created an account and are the first person in your organization to create an Intellitix account, please review Create an Account in Intellitix Cloud.
If you have not created an account yet but someone from your organization has invited you to Intellitix Cloud, you will not receive an email invite, but you can go to my.crowdblink.com to create your account using the email that the invite was sent to. Once you login, you will be able to accept the invitation to that organization.
If you already created an account and are unable to log in, please contact Intellitix Support by submitting a support request.
Important: if you are unable to log in with your credentials, do not create a new account. Intellitix Support will assist you with this issue.
Intellitix Cloud is not loading properly
Check that you are using Google Chrome’s most recent version. Intellitix Cloud is currently optimized for Google Chrome. You can learn more about downloading or updating Chrome from Google on their support page.
If after switching to Chrome you receive the network error message:
Please check that your internet connection is stable and try again. If it is not stable, you will need to connect to a more reliable network to continue.
If you are still experiencing issues with Cloud please submit a support request to our Intellitix support team including specific details of the steps you are taking, where you are getting stuck, and screenshots of your screen.
If you are an event producer and forgot your Intellitix Cloud password go to my.crowdblink.com and follow the below instructions to reset your password.
Resetting your Intellitix Password
1. From my.crowdblink.com click Forgot password? under the Log in boxes
2. Then enter and confirm your email address and click Send reset link
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, click the link to continue
4. You will be taken to a Cloud page with your email already entered. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Update
5. You will be taken to a new page if the password reset was a success, and be able to click Return to login to begin accessing your Cloud again
6. If the password reset was not successful, an error message will appear on your screen directing you on how to correct your issue. Please make the adjustments and try again.
