Best practices for price increases

Increasing prices at a certain day or time

If you want the ticket types to increase prices at a certain time we recommend making them in to multiple ticket types so you can have the ticket sales window scheduled to turn off for the old ticket type, and on for the new ticket type at a specific date and time. This will remove any need to manually make changes for your price increase.

Labeling tickets by their sale type

If you want to easily be able to see the difference in ticket types such as early bird, pre-sale, etc. you can add that title to the ticket type name. This will allow you to easily navigate through your ticket types in Console or filter in reporting.

For example: Instead of naming the tickets General Admission for each tier name them: Early Bird General Admission, Event Day General Admission
