How to Log In to a Vending Location

Whether you're using a tablet or mobile device, the login process for your vending location will be the same across any device. 

Please note: in order to log in you will need to be connected to the event’s network on site.

To log in using your vending location’s QR code and set up your point-of-sale system:

1. Launch the FOS App

  • Power on your device using the side button on the right side of your mobile or top right of your tablet
  • Follow the instructions in the table below if you are using a tablet or mobile device:

Swipe up on the screen and enter the password 1234. No password, once unlocked you will be taken to the homepage.
  • Open the Intellitix FOS app on your home screen

2. Tap the Login Button

  • On the home screen of the app, tap the Login button

3. Scan Your Vending Location QR Code

  • Tap the QR code icon
  • The device’s camera will open. Scan the vending location QR code that was sent to you from Intellitix. If you haven’t received your QR code, check with the person on your team that filled out your menu form or email: vendors@intellitix.com.

4. Enter User Details

  • After scanning, you'll be prompted to enter the Name and Email Address of the person using the device. This information is used for reporting so that if you have multiple devices or want to keep track of multiple sellers you can see which sellers made the individual sales.

5. Click Finish

  • Once the fields are complete, click Finish. Once successfully logged in you will either be taken to a screen that prompts the guest to tap their wristband on the device or to your menu screen depending on how the event is accepting payments. From there you can begin selling!
