Note: To sell tickets via the box office you must be added to ProVenue and the VPN by the Intellitix Team. If you still need to be added please contact your Intellitix Project Manager.
- Once logged into ProVenue hover over Ticketing from the top menu, then choose Ticket Sales.
- In the Selected Event section search the event you would like to sell tickets for and click Find.
- In the Financial Patron section either search for the guest’s account you would like to associate the order to, or if they do not have an account yet you will need to click New and add an account for them.
- If you’re adding an account for a new guest: click the New button and enter the following required fields - First Name, Last Name, Enter their address in the address section (make sure to choose their country and state first), and an email address. Then when complete click Apply Changes.

- In the Ticket Sales section under # Seats change to the selection guide. From here you can enter the # of tickets and which buyer type (ticket type) you would like to sell.
- Once you’ve picked your event, the guest’s account, and the # and type of tickets click Lock Seats below.
- From the next page review the Patron Cart section to confirm that the ticket type counts and totals are correct.
- The delivery method will be automatically selected if there is only one type available, but you will still need to click the Apply button at the bottom of the section.
- Then you will be taken to the Payment section. Choose their payment method type (for comps only cash or trade will be offered). Once you’ve picked their payment method click the Accept Payment button.
- Then go to the Confirm section. This will give you red error messages if any necessary steps for processing the order are incomplete, adjust those items if needed. Then click Checkout.
- The guest will be sent a confirmation email to the email address that was provided on the account and can access their tickets just like guests who purchased themselves on the sales page.
