Accessing your Intellitix Cloud Dashboard

To access your Intellitix Cloud Dashboard, log into your account and click on Dashboard from the left-hand side menu. 

When accessing your Intellitix Cloud dashboard, start by selecting your event from the drop-down and then choose the desired date range. By default, the date range is set to the last fiscal day. If you wish to view dates beyond the last day, adjust the date range accordingly.

Average Spend per Order and Cashless Revenue 

Average Spend per Order: This amount is calculated by taking the total gross sales divided by the total number of successful orders within the date range selected in the dashboard.

Cashless Revenue: This amount is calculated by taking the total gross sales within the date range selected in the dashboard. Note: Gross sales include net sales, taxes, and tips.

Hourly Cashless Revenue

Cashless revenue is calculated by taking the total gross sales within the date range selected in the dashboard. Note: Gross sales include net sales, taxes, and tips.

The Hourly Cashless Revenue chart is interactive. You can hover over any point on the chart to view the generated Cashless Revenue, along with the corresponding date and time. Time intervals are displayed hourly.

Actionable Insights 

If your event spans multiple days, the Hourly Cashless Revenue chart can assist you in preparing for the upcoming days. For instance, if you observe that vendors generate the highest revenue during specific periods, you can communicate this insight to your vendors to ensure they are adequately staffed and stocked.

Conversely, if you notice periods of low sales, you can send promotions to your guests to boost sales and engagement.

Top 10 - Vendor Gross Revenue

The Top 10 - Vendor Gross Revenue chart highlights the top 10 vendors with the highest gross revenue. Hovering over the bar graph allows you to view:

  • Vendor Name 
  • Number of successful transactions
  • Product Revenue (total without tax and tips)
  • Tips collected
  • Tax collected
  • Gross Revenue (includes net sales, taxes, and tips)

Actionable Insights 

Each year, it's essential to invite back vendors who are beloved by your guests. With this chart, you can quickly assess the top 10 most popular vendors and ensure they remain at the forefront of your vendor list for future events.

Conversely, if you're interested in identifying the least popular vendors, you can generate the Cashless Sales by Vendor Report. Top 10 - Products by Quantity Sold

The Top 10 - Products by Quantity Sold pie chart showcases the top 10 products sold across all your vendors, based on the highest quantity of units sold for each product. You can view the product names on the right-hand side or hover over the pie chart to see the product name and quantity sold. 

Actionable Insights

Just as it's important to know which vendors are popular at your event, understanding the most sought-after products is equally important. This chart enables you to easily identify the top 10 most popular products, ensuring they're readily available for your guests during your current event and available at future events. 

If you observe that a particular product is selling like hotcakes, it might be wise to touch base with the vendor to ensure they have ample inventory for the remaining event.

Top 20 Products by Gross Revenue

The Top 20 - Products by Gross Revenue Sold bar chart highlights the top 20 products across all your vendors with the highest Gross Revenue. You can view the product names on the x-axis. The Product Price and the Gross Revenue are the 2 data points for each product. 

When you hover over the bar chart you can see the Vendor, Product Name, Product Category, Product Price, and Gross Revenue. 

Actionable Insights

When analyzing product sales at your event, it's essential to consider both the quantity sold and the revenue generated. Observing trends in pricing or categories within the Top 20 Products by Gross Revenue chart can provide valuable insights into identifying potential successful vendor types for future events.
