Accepting your invite to Cognito Forms
Once you have been invited, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to accept the invitation and will be taken to a page to either sign up for an account or to log in.
If you don’t already have a Cognito Forms account
- Enter your first name, last name, and your password (email address should already be filled out)
- Click the Sign Up button
If you already have a Cognito Forms account
- Enter your password (email address should already be filled out)
- Click the Log In button
Once you have accepted the invitation and have logged in, you will be taken to the home page and be able to access your form.
How to view menu submissions
There are two different ways you can access vendor submissions:
- From the link in the emails received from Cognito when vendors submit their menus or changes
- By logging in to your Cognito forms account and viewing all entries
From email link
- Each time a vendor submits a menu or submits changes you will receive an email with the subject line “Vendor submission received from [vendor’s name]”, click the View full entry at Cognitoforms.com link in the email to be taken to the form entries.
- Click on the line for the entry you would like to view.
From the Cognito forms website
- Log into your account at Cognitoforms.com and hover over the form that you’d like to view the entries of and click Entries.
- Click on the line for the entry you would like to view.
Making changes to and approving menus
- Once you’re viewing the submission in Cognito you can click on any of the fields that a vendor has entered and change it to the desired outcome
- Make sure to note all changes you made and why in the field at the bottom of the form titled “Notes from approver” for the vendor and Intellitix team
- When you’ve reviewed all items and are satisfied with the submission click Approved at the very bottom of the form
