SIDE A:

HOW TO TOP-UP

(add funds between $.50 and $1000)

Event App: using your smartphone, select “Cashless” from the app menu 

Website: visit event.com/cashless and click “Register” or “Login” to get started

Top-up Station: visit any Top-up Station onsite to top-up using cash, credit or debit card

*PRO-TIP:

Auto Top-up: The easiest and most convenient way to add credit to your account is to enable auto top-up. With the auto top-up feature, your account balance will automatically re-load $X into your account when your balance drops below $Y

SIDE B:

REFUND POLICY

(unspent funds are refunded less a $X refund processing fee)

Credit or debit card top-ups are automatically refunded to you within 10 business days after the event.

Cash top-ups require you to complete a Manual Refund Form by DATE. Valid email address, bank account and wristband numbers are required for your refund. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR WRISTBAND until after you have registered and applied for your refund.
