Viewing a Cashless Guest’s Contact Information

Cashless guest names, emails, and phone numbers can be viewed in multiple ways if they made their purchase using the Intellitix App. Any purchases made using credit or debit do not collect the guest’s contact information.

  • Using Customers - this will allow you to search a specific guest if they purchased using the Intellitix App to see the orders and account information associated with their email.

  • Using Reports - this will get you a full list of all cashless guest names, emails, and phone numbers for the event the report is pulled during the time period that was chosen if they purchased with the Intellitix App.


If you are using Regions within your Organization, please make sure that you are in the correct Region that the event and the guest's order are in before looking up the guest. Organization/Region can be set by clicking on the italic name on the very top right of the page.


Using Customers

1. Click Customers on the left side of the page.

2. Within Customers, enter either the guest's full name, email, or order id. Then choose the event they made the cashless purchase at from the drop-down and click Search.

3. You will be presented with a list of accounts that match your search criteria. Click View on the line that corresponds to the guest you are looking for.

4. You will be taken to the guest's account with a full list of all ticket and cashless orders they have made using the associated email and their contact information card.


Using Reports

1. Click Reports from the options on the left side of the Console.

2. Choose the event, CSV or PDF, and the date range of data you would like to pull then click Generate for the Cashless Orders Detailed Report.


3. The report that is generated will contain the name, phone number, and email for all cashless guests that bought within the time date range selected using the Intellitix App. Anyone that purchased using credit or debit will be shown as an Anonymous Guest.
