Access Control Reports

There are two different kinds of access control reports available.

Access Control Report - gives an overview of the number of unique tickets scanned into each zone.

Access Control Detail Report - shows each ticket scan in detail, including who the guest was.

Once you’ve discovered which report you would like to use you can learn how to download the access control report here.

Access Control Report

This report shows an overview of the number of unique tickets scanned into each zone as configured in the Zones page. Note that “outside” indicates tickets scanned out. Tickets are only counted the first time they scan valid into the zone.
